Shop notes:  this is a really nice lightweight breathable sneaker (a very unstructured upper) with an elastic lace, so easy to slip on.  The sole is a bit thicker, similar to a Lems Primal 3 sole but a bit softer.

Below is a *general* guideline for the insole length of El Naturalista products. We highly encourage trying on this type of footwear in person if you are new to the model, brand, or barefoot footwear in general. Sizing was measured from the longest part on the front of the insole to the centre of the heal. 

* The proper size should have ~ 0.5 - 1 cm of space from your longest toe to the edge of the footwear.
