Here at Distance Runwear we want you to be satisfied with the products that you purchase through us. We make efforts to select shoes and products that will meet your needs. Most products we sell carry a six month to two year warranty or more depending on the manufacturer.

Most products are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. This guarantee covers manufacturing defects but not abuse, accidental damage or normal usage. We do not determine if it is covered under warranty, the manufacturer does. Please give us a call and we can give you more details on a particular manufacturer.

Items to be considered for warranty must be returned in clean condition. We require date of purchase for warranty processing. In most cases the defective product needs to be returned to one of our locations in order to process the warranty. In the case that a return of defective product is required, the product is required to be returned within 14 days of the customer being informed of the return request. Once notified of a credit or replacement, a customer has 14 days to claim said replacement or credit. Customer is responsible for the cost of returns.
